However, the extension is only valid for those who have previously provided an undertaking which states the commitment to pay the unpaid annuity fee. The deadline to submit the undertaking is <\/span><span class=\"s2\">January 31, 2020<\/span><span class=\"s1\">. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\"><span class=\"s1\">This is not the first time the Indonesian Patent Office provided an extension of time to settle the unpaid patent annuity.
